We launched our non-profit, Haus of Creators Foundation, Inc. by hosting an exclusive AI Fashion Dinner — closing out New York Fashion Week in true innovation and style.

The evening brought together AI founders, fashion executives, investors, and industry leaders for a fireside chat and dinner exploring how artificial intelligence is reshaping fashion — from design R&D and pattern-making, to creative content, production, and brand storytelling.

The night began with a powerful speech and toast by Ambreena Ladhani, a recent law graduate and incoming technology associate at Gunderson Dettmer; setting the tone for collaboration and inspiration. She then passed the mic to Kimberly Morgan, CEO & Founder, The Fashion Tech Exec and CCOO Retail Women, who moderated the evening’s fireside chat. The conversation illuminated both the opportunities and challenges ahead: ethics, sustainability, digital assets, democratization of design, and the balance of speed vs. craft.

Highlights of the conversation included:

Michael Ferraro identifying promising AI tools emerging from academic labs and strategies to bridge gaps between research and industry adoption.

Venus Rose detailing how AI is transforming brand storytelling and creator workflows, while also addressing risks to authenticity, ethics, and ownership.

Rachel Sterling sharing how AI is revolutionizing product engineering, prototyping, and pattern development, and outlining the infrastructure small brands need for sustainable adoption.

Following the fireside chat, guests enjoyed a private dinner and curated cocktails while connecting with industry leaders. Attendees included AI fashion companies (Raspberry AI, ThredX, Masira, and PYO), investors (First Citizens Bank, and boutique firms), brand directors (David Yurman, Kenneth Cole Productions, and more), and press and media (Forbes, and top digital creators).

This is only the beginning. The Haus of Creators Foundation will continue building spaces that educate, empower, and connect Black and underrepresented voices at the intersection of AI, fashion, and culture.
